Thank you for selecting a HITS program for your child.

HITS is committed to making our programs and classes available to all students, regardless of financial circumstances. This includes a 3-payment payment plan available upon request.

To complete the request, follow these steps:

1) Create an account and add your child(ren) as a participant(s).
    If you already have an account, sign into that account. 

2) Add the Payment Plan Request Form to your cart. Follow the prompts as if you were purchasing a product.

You will then have access to the form. Once the form is completed, then proceed to check-out. There is no charge for this request, you will have a balance of zero. Once your request has been reviewed by the accounting department, you will receive an email notification through your HITS account and you can then register for the appropriate program.

You will receive notification of acceptance within three business days.
