Production Team for A Year with Frog and Toad

AGES/GRADES:  Grades 6 - 12

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this hands-on theater design class, students will work with Technical Director Greg Boggs in design and execution of stage elements for our production of Frog & Toad.

PREREQUISITE: No prior experience required.

HEALTH/SAFETY: All students will be required to arrive wearing a cloth face mask covering their mouth and nose and closed-toed shoes. No-touch thermometers will ensure students’ temperatures are below 100-degrees before being allowed to enter the building. Students will be required to adhere to all safety procedures and practice social distancing at all possible times. When working with equipment, students will wear a face shield and work gloves (distributed by HITS). HITS Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss anyone who does not adhere to theater policies.

Sundays
4:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Mandatory Attendance:

CREW TECH - Monday, March 8 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

                        Wednesday, March 10 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

                        Friday, March 12 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

STRIKE – Sunday, March 14 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

TUITION/FEE:
$475.00 tuition
$25.00 annual registration fee per family

Greg Boggs, Technical Director

Greg comes to Houston from Pittsburgh, PA, where he studied music education and technical theater at CCAC. His love of theater and creating has allowed him to work on projects with the Pittsburgh Opera, Pittsburgh Opera Theater, ATTACK Theater, and many other groups. Not only does Greg have many years experience in theater, but he also has been working on major films and television shows since 2007! Greg is very excited to get to share his years of experience and passion for the technical arts with you!
