ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Please inform HITS of all currently known scheduling conflicts before the first class. In the case of emergencies or last-minute illnesses, please call 713-861-7408 or email HITS Customer Service.

ATTIRE:
Comfortable clothing that allows movement and closed-toed shoes with rubber soles.

CANCELLATION:
Requests for refunds/cancellations must be submitted in writing fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the class/program. Refunds will be granted less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be offered within 14 days of the start of class, or for the annual registration fee.

Financial Assistance

WAITLIST/HOLD INFORMATION

HITS Theatre sets limits and holds on programming for three reasons: safety, quality, and diversity. Our goal is always the success of the students, to ensure a productive student-teacher ratio, and hold space for new families, gender inclusivity, and under-served communities.

Should a program have a waitlist, don't be discouraged. It’s free to join the waitlist and spots could become available at any time as plans change (especially in the Summer). Simply register your participant for free by clicking the waitlist button on the class listing. If a spot is released, everyone on the waitlist will be notified by email, and then registration will be first come, first served.
